When shopping online, customers may encounter return problems which they can not deal with. In order to enhance shopping experience at Shopespie, it is necessary to give some guidelines about return policy.

Online Return or Exchange

A、 “This 14-day period begins on the day when you receive your purchase for goods, you can cancel this order for any reason and without penalty.

The following products you will not be able to cancel it after being delivered,Example:

For products made according to customer’s specifications.

In the case of goods that may quickly deteriorate or expire.

For digital content (including applications, digital software, e-books, MP3, etc.) not provided.

Once you receive an order with a tangible medium ( CD, DVD, etc.).

Step 1:Contact us

Within 14 days after receiving your order, Email:service@shoespie.com to explain the reason for the return/exchange.

Step 2:Return the article

Prepare returned items in secure packaging, including the original order package with the Returns section completed.Ship returned products via insured or traceable method of shipment to the Returns Address that we will provide to you. And when you ship out the items, please email the tracking number to us also.

Step 3:Inspect the article and process the refund
